About
A Chicagoland production team that takes the boring details seriously.
AVX & Co. builds audio, video, and lighting for live events. We work with conference organizers, marketing teams, non-profits, and broadcast producers across the Chicagoland area.
AVX & Co. was built with the belief that event production should feel professional, organized, and well-executed at every level. Whether it is a corporate meeting, nonprofit fundraiser, private event, or live production, our focus is creating a smooth experience for both clients and guests from planning through execution.
Based in the Chicagoland area, we provide audio visual production and event support with an approach centered around communication, reliability, and attention to detail. We understand that even smaller events deserve the same level of care, preparation, and professionalism as large-scale productions.
As a growing company, we take a hands-on approach to every project. Clients work directly with the people involved in planning and operating their events, allowing for clearer communication, faster decision-making, and a more personal working relationship throughout the process.
AVX & Co. is being built with a long-term mindset. Our goal is not simply to book as many events as possible, but to build lasting relationships through consistent service, strong execution, and a reputation clients can trust.
How we work
Plan first
Every show starts with a written plan — venue walk, run-of-show, signal flow, contingency. We measure the room before we touch the rack.
Crew that has been there
Our leads have run hundreds of productions across the Chicagoland area. The people who set up your room are the people who run your show.
Honest scope
If you do not need a fourth camera, we will tell you. The right production is the one that serves the moment, not the quote.
Cleanup that respects the venue
We leave rooms as we found them or better. That is part of how venues keep inviting us back.
