A great-sounding, well-lit event still falls apart visually if the stage looks unfinished. Our staging team builds the physical environment that anchors the rest of the production.
Decks and platforms
Standard 4x8 modular decks in 6, 8, 12, 16, and 24 inch heights, plus custom builds for unusual rooms. ADA-compliant ramps, skirting, and step units come standard.
Scenic and drape
Full scenic builds with brand-accurate finishes, plus soft-good drape kits in black, white, and custom colors. Backdrops can be sized to the room and integrated with lighting cues for reveal moments.
Rigging
Truss design and rigging plans submitted to the venue in advance, with appropriately rated motors and crew certified to operate them. We coordinate rigging schedules with venue ops to avoid load-in conflicts.
Coordinated design
Our staging team works alongside lighting and video from the first planning meeting, so the physical set, the cues, and the camera angles all fit together rather than fighting each other.
