Audio production

Sound design, mixing, and live engineering for events of any scale.

What you get

Audio is the part of production that nobody notices when it is right and everyone notices when it is wrong. Our audio team has run keynote programs at hotels downtown, ballroom galas in the suburbs, and broadcast feeds for nationally distributed shows. Every event gets the same baseline: a coordinated wireless plan, a redundant signal chain, and a senior engineer at the mixer from soundcheck through strike.

Live mixing

We mix to the room first and the recording second. The engineer is paid to read the audience, not the meters. We bring digital consoles with full scene recall, processing per channel, and a separate output mix for any livestream or broadcast feed.

Wireless coordination

Modern events run on wireless. We bring our own frequency scanner, coordinate the entire show in advance, and assign frequencies that survive the venue's RF environment. Battery management is documented to the minute, with changeouts that never coincide with stage moments.

Recording

Every program gets multi-track recording — every input on its own track — plus a mixed program track. Both go to redundant recorders. Cards are offloaded and verified before the team leaves the venue.

PA design

For events that need more than a venue's house PA, we design and bring the system. Front-of-house arrays, fills, monitors, and subs — sized to the room and tuned for the program.
