The client runs a fundraising gala that anchors their development calendar. This edition added a livestream component for donors who could not travel, alongside a full in-room production package.
What we built
A full ballroom transformation: stage build, scenic backdrops, brand-colored uplighting on every wall, and a four-camera live broadcast package. The lighting plot ran a sequenced program tied to the run-of-show — arrival cocktail look, dinner service, the program transition, the speaker moments, and a dance-floor sequence.
How it ran
The room hit its first cue exactly on time. Multi-cam cuts followed the program rhythm. Two remote panelists patched in cleanly for the closing segment with no perceptible latency.

The client called it the smoothest production they had run, and the remote audience engagement metrics exceeded expectations.
