Smaller does not mean simpler. Intimate private events demand the same quality at a different scale, and the documentary deliverable raised the production stakes.
What we built
A custom scenic backdrop, warm tungsten-balanced lighting, a discreet PA tucked into the room without visible boxes, and a four-piece band with a small but full mic package. The video team shot the night documentary-style with two cameras, then delivered a 12-minute edited film three weeks after the event.
How it ran
The room felt like a living space, not a production. Guests heard about the AV team from the host afterward and were surprised there had been one at all. The film became a family heirloom.
