The client's first major product launch needed to feel like a broadcast event, not an internal all-hands. The keynote went to 18,000 remote viewers across YouTube, LinkedIn Live, and the client's own platform.
What we built
A 30-foot scenic stage with custom side screens, full IMAG to the live audience, five-camera broadcast switching with a jib for opening and closing shots, and a remote producer dedicated to the streaming experience. Pre-rendered product cinematics played out from our switcher with synchronized lighting cues.
How it ran
Triple-redundant capture across every camera, every audio channel, and the program output. The bonded cellular uplink stayed cold backup the entire show because the venue's hardline never wavered. Remote audience peaked at 18,000 concurrent with no buffering complaints in chat.
What the client said
The marketing team used 47 clips from our recordings across follow-on campaigns.
